- At 4pm customers who are lined up near the exterior gachapon (on the side nearest to Alice on Wednesday) will be guided.
Points to Note
- As only a small number of these are being produced, they will be sold by lottery draw at the venue.
- We may impose limits to how many an individual may receive.
Points to Note
- Please fill in the application form between midnight on September 15 and 23:59 on September 22.
- Sales will be done by lottery draw.
- Entries will be limited to one per customer/address.
- Applications received outside of the application period will be considered invalid.
- The price does not include shipping.
- Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer (bank transfer only available to domestic customers).
- Customers who have been successful in their application will receive an order notification email after the application period has closed on September 23 and before September 29.
- Please place and complete your order within 1 week after the notification has been sent. If we do not confirm your payment within this time frame, your order will be cancelled and you may no longer be able to make purchases with Mandarake.
- We plan to ship these out from the end of September to mid October.
- Please be aware that cancellations will not be accepted after applications have been made. Customers who do cancel may no longer be able to make purchases with Mandarake.
- Unsuccessful customers will not receive a notification.
