Each person can only participate in the lottery once per account.
Multiple entries from the same account or address for each item will be invalid.
Each person has one entry per item. Please note one raffle win means you can only purchase the product you won with the raffle. You can not choose which item to purchase.
If you would like to receive the product on the day of the event (the 2nd-anniversary event on December 19th), please indicate "I would like to receive the product on the day of the event" when you apply.

• The tickets will be sold by lottery.
• Winners will be sent an email.
• Unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted by email.
• All entries from locked accounts will be invalid.
• Only one entry per person, per account will be accepted.
• Payment can be made by credit card, Paypal, bank transfer, or Alipay.
• We do not accept payment by cash on delivery.
• Shipping costs will be charged separately.
• Payment must be made within one week of winning. If you miss the deadline, your order will be cancelled.
• We will not accept cancellations after winning.
• The items will be shipped from mid-December.
• Actual package specifications may differ from the pictures.
• It may take some time for the package to arrive for overseas customers.
• If you are a winner, you can pick up the package on December 19th, the day of Mandarake CoCoo's 2nd anniversary event in person.
• There will be no sales of the limited edition products at the Mandarake CoCoo store on Saturday, December 19th.
• You can also apply to participate in the lottery together with other limited products. (Only Hedorah and Hedorah 2 will not be shipped overseas.) If you participate in the drawing for Hedorah from overseas, your entry will be invalid.
