MARVEL The Superior Spider-Man

Close to death, Doctor Octopus manages to transfer his mind into the body of Peter Parker, and vice versa, gaining Spider-Man's powers. Despite his history as a supervillain, he decides to fulfill Peter Parker's will and continue his Spider-Man activities, albeit in a more superior manner. He creates new equipment that makes him stronger but also exhibits a more violent nature compared to his previous version.
