Points to Note

• Applications to enter the lottery draw will open at midnight on August 26 and close at 23:59 on September 4, 2018.
• Sales will be done by lottery draw.
• Entries will be limited to one per customer/address.
• Applications received outside of the application period will be considered invalid.
• The price does not include shipping.
• Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer (bank transfer only available to domestic customers).
• Customers who have been successful in their application will receive an order notification email after the application period has closed on September 4. Unsuccessful customers will not receive a notification.
• Please place and complete your order within 1 week after the notification has been sent. If we do not confirm your payment within this time frame, your order will be cancelled and you may no longer be able to make purchases with Mandarake..
• We plan to ship these out from mid to late September.
• Please be aware that cancellations will not be accepted after applications have been made. Customers who do cancel may no longer be able to make purchases with Mandarake.
