Points to notice

• The sale will be by lottery.


• Only one entry per person
• Multiple entries to the lottery under the same account or at the same address will be void.
• Entries from private accounts will not be accepted.
• Only the lottery winners will receive an e-mail.
• We will not contact unsuccessful applicants.
• We will not accept any cancellations.
• In the event of order cancellation, we will deny any participation in future lottery sales.
• We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
• Cash on delivery is not accepted.
• The price does not include the shipping fee.
• The deadline for the payment is one week after we send the link.
• If the payment is not received, we will cancel the order.
• Canceled customers will not be allowed further purchases with Mandarake, including mail orders.


• We plan to ship the product in mid to late October.
• Actual product and package specifications may differ from those shown in the photos.
• International customers may require additional time for delivery.
• The product will be available for in-store pickup from October 17 to 20.
• It is not possible to change the desired pickup method later on.
• In addition, customers who choose in-store pickup will forfeit the right to the item if they cannot come to the store on October 17-20.
• Should you not attend the store, the order will be canceled.
• Customers who wish to pick up at the store will have to make payment at the store.
