Go through the exit gates at JR Kokura station and head to the station exit on the right hand side. If you're coming via the monorail, head to the exit facing away from the monorail line. Turn right and follow the path around to Aru Aru City. Go into Aru Aru City and head up to the fourth floor. You'll find Mandarake on the right hand side. |
