Leave Susukino Station via exit 4, and follow the road straight. If you look toward the right, you'll see a large ferris wheel. That's what you're aiming for. Turn right and cross the road at the traffic lights. Cross the road toward Sunkus on your left, and follow the road to the right. Enter the Norbesa building on your left, and you'll find Mandarake on the second floor. |
