From JR Utsunomiya Station Head out of the station via the west exit. Go across the concourse and follow the road straight. Follow the road, crossing the bridge various crossroads. Turn left after passing the Parco shopping centre on the left. Take the second right and walk down the shopping street. You'll find Mandarake on your right in the Festa building, opposite Matsuya. From Tobu Utsunomiya Station Head out of Tobu Utsunomiya Station via the east exit and take a left. You'll see a covered shopping street on your right, head down this way. Follow this shopping street, going over the crossroads and small river, past the game center on your left. You'll find Mandarake on your left in the Festa building, opposite Matsuya. |
